The Historic Aiken Preservation Award (Bronze Plaque):
Presented to an individual for a restored or preserved commercial or public building.

The Wilds-Lipe Treasured Home Award (Certificate):
Presented to two persons who have restored residences. Improvements to the interior of the residences are not considered. One award shall be given for a structure under 2500 sq. ft., and one award shall be given for a structure over 2500 sq. ft.

Landmark Property Award (Monetary Award):
A monetary award given to a person or organization for designation of and/or improvement of a historic site. Amount at boards discretion.

Historic Aiken Stewardship Award (Bronze Plaque):
A Stewardship Award given in recognition of outstanding upkeep of a key historic property in Aiken.

Historic Aiken Adaptive Use Award (Bronze Plaque):
Given in recognition of adaptive use for a historic building or home which adds value to the Aiken community.

Historic Aiken President’s Award (Bronze Plaque):
The President’s Award is given in recognition of outstanding rehabilitation of a historic building which had been threatened with demolition. Historic Aiken Leadership Award: Given in recognition of outstanding in-fill design for a new construction compatible with existing historic structures in the immediate area.

Historic Aiken Leadership Award (Bronze Plaque):
This award is given in recognition of outstanding infill design for new construction this is compatible with existing historic structures in the immediate area.

Claudia Phelps Garden Preservation Award (Certificate):
Given in recognition of outstanding restoration and for enhancement of a historic garden.
